Location: Medellín, Antioquia, CO, 050010 Requisition ID: 19204 About Holcim Americas Digital Center (ADC) En Holcim Americas Digital Center (ADC) buscamos un/a Especialista SAP HCM con un sólido perfil funcional y fuerte foco en el módulo de Gestión de Tiempos (PT). Tu misión será garantizar la estabilidad, optimización y evolución de la plataforma SAP HCM para la región LATAM, asegurando la continuidad de los procesos de tiempo y nómina, y liderando proyectos clave de actualización normativa. TUS PRINCIPALES DESAFÍOS Configuración y gestión de Tiempos (SAP PT): Parametrizar y mantener esquemas, reglas de cálculo (PE01/PE02), planes de horarios de trabajo, novedades y ausencias. Cierre Operativo: Garantizar cierres de tiempos oportunos y sin errores para habilitar el pago de nómina regional. Soporte Funcional L2/L3: Atender incidentes y requerimientos funcionales en los módulos de Administración de Personal (PA), Gestión Organizacional (OM), Beneficios y Nómina (PY). Proyectos y Cambios Legales: Diseñar e implementar soluciones configurativas en SAP HCM ante cambios normativos en países de LATAM. Interlocución Técnica: Elaborar especificaciones funcionales para el equipo de desarrollo ABAP y apoyar la interacción con otras plataformas (SuccessFactors y sistemas de control de acceso). LO QUE BUSCAMOS EN TI Formación: Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Administración de Empresas, Contaduría o carreras afines. Experiencia: Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia como Consultor o Especialista Funcional en SAP HCM. Conocimiento Core (Must-Have): Dominio comprobado en la configuración pesada del módulo de Tiempos (SAP PT): esquemas, reglas (PCRs), planes de horario de trabajo (PHTP/PHD) y par de tiempos. Módulos Complementarios: Buen entendimiento funcional de PA, OM y conceptos de Nómina (PY). Habilidades Técnicas: Experiencia redactando especificaciones funcionales para ABAP y realizando levantamiento de requerimientos con el negocio. Competencias Clave: Alta autonomía, proactividad, pensamiento analítico, capacidad de respuesta bajo presión (cierres) y excelente relacionamiento con stakeholders. Idiomas: Inglés B1 What We Are Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Specialist in SAP HCM. Core Knowledge (Must-Have): Proven expertise in heavy configuration of the Time Management (SAP PT) module, including schemas, calculation rules (PCRs), work schedule rules (PHTP/PHD), and time pairs. Complementary Modules: Solid functional understanding of PA, OM, and Payroll (PY) concepts. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience drafting functional specifications for ABAP developers and gathering business requirements. Key Competencies: High autonomy, proactivity, analytical skills, ability to perform under pressure during closing cycles, and strong stakeholder engagement. Language: English B1 Job Summary At Holcim Americas Digital Center (ADC), we are looking for a SAP HCM Specialist with a strong functional profile and a primary focus on the Time Management (PT) module. Your mission will be to ensure the stability, optimization, and evolution of the SAP HCM platform across the LATAM region, guaranteeing continuous time and payroll processes, and leading key regulatory compliance projects. Time Management Configuration: Parameterize and maintain schemas, calculation rules (PE01/PE02), work schedule plans, attendances, and absences. Operational Closing: Ensure error-free and timely time closings to enable regional payroll execution. L2/L3 Functional Support: Resolve functional incidents and requests across Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Benefits, and Payroll (PY) modules. Projects & Legal Compliance: Design and implement SAP HCM configuration solutions for regional regulatory updates across LATAM countries.
