Our client is a U.S.-based company looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support its finance team with accurate data entry, transaction processing, and administrative accounting tasks. Through HireHawk, you will join a stable, long-term remote opportunity where accuracy, organization, and reliability are highly valued.
This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys repetitive, process-driven work. The majority of your time will be spent entering financial information, processing invoices and payments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the accounting team with day-to-day administrative tasks. You'll collaborate with U.S. team members in English and communicate with Mexican stakeholders in Spanish.
