Position: Graphic Production Designer – Trade Marketing Location: Cali, Colombia, 100% On-site Department: Marketing Reports to: Trade Marketing Analyst Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract , Direct with the company Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7am – 4:30pm, Friday 7am – 4pm (Schedule adapted to our headquarters in Cumming, GA) Salary: $3.5M COP Job Summary: We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and production-focused Graphic Designer to transform marketing and Trade Marketing strategies into high-quality visual solutions for product launches, seasonal campaigns, retail activations, packaging, Trade Shows, and commercial initiatives . This role combines creative development and hands-on production , from campaign concepts and Key Visuals to packaging adaptations, POS materials, retail assets, and print-ready artwork. The ideal candidate understands how to take a creative idea from concept to final production , while maintaining strong brand consistency across consumer and retail touchpoints. The position will work closely with the Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Sales teams , supporting both creative development and the technical execution of commercial materials. Responsibilities: Branding & Campaign Design Develop creative concepts and Key Visuals (KV) for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and commercial initiatives. Adapt campaign concepts across multiple formats and communication channels. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity. Create mockups and visual presentations to communicate creative concepts. Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. Packaging & Product Artwork Design and adapt packaging for new products, flavors, formats, retailers, and markets. Prepare artwork according to technical and production requirements. Work with dielines, print files, revisions, and artwork adaptations . Coordinate artwork adjustments with suppliers and production partners when required. Ensure packaging files are accurate, consistent, and production-ready. Trade Marketing & Retail Design POS and merchandising materials such as displays, shippers, shelf talkers, wobblers, headers, signage, floor graphics, flyers, and promotional materials. Develop visual assets for retail activations, sampling programs, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Create sales sheets, product sell sheets, catalogs, retailer presentations, and other commercial materials. Adapt campaign Key Visuals for different retailers and Trade Marketing initiatives. Support Sales and Trade Marketing teams with creative and visual communication needs. Trade Shows & Events Develop creative assets for Trade Shows, exhibitions, and commercial events . Design booth graphics, backdrops, banners, signage, and event materials. Prepare editable and production-ready files for event suppliers and future adaptations. Support the development of brochures, catalogs, promotional materials, and customer-facing assets. Creative Production Prepare final artwork and production files for print vendors. Review files before production to identify technical or visual errors. Apply appropriate CMYK, Pantone, resolution, bleed, and print specifications . Coordinate revisions and proof approvals. Ensure creative materials meet quality and production standards. Creative Asset Management Maintain an organized library of editable artwork, packaging files, campaign assets, templates, and brand resources. Ensure files are properly organized, updated, and accessible. Maintain consistency across creative assets used by Marketing, Sales, and Trade Marketing. Innovation & AI Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, concept development, mockups, and creative production. Explore emerging design and AI technologies that can improve creative workflows. Stay updated on design, packaging, retail merchandising, and consumer-brand trends. Propose innovative creative solutions aligned with modern consumer brands. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or technical certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Multimedia Design, Advertising , or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Brand Design, Packaging, Trade Marketing, or a related creative environment. Demonstrated experience developing campaign concepts, Key Visuals, commercial materials, and brand assets . Experience with packaging design and artwork adaptation . Experience developing POS, merchandising, retail, or Trade Marketing materials . Experience preparing artwork for commercial printing and production . Experience in Food & Beverage, CPG, FMCG, Retail, or similar industries is strongly preferred . Core Technical Skills - Required Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign . Strong knowledge of print production, prepress, dielines, and production-ready artwork . Understanding of CMYK, Pantone, color management, print specifications, and finishing . Experience creating POS and retail merchandising materials . Ability to develop and adapt Key Visuals and integrated campaign assets . Strong file organization and creative asset management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for commercial presentations. Nice To Have Experience with 3D mockups or product rendering using Adobe Dimension, Blender, or similar tools. Experience designing Trade Show booths and large-format graphics . Experience creating creative assets for Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, or other e-commerce platforms . Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar. Experience working with international brands or adapting creative materials for different markets.
