As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you have a very clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for U.S. based Bilingual (English/Spanish) customers by answering their requests through phone, chat and/or email – this includes everything from order, delivery, and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers and Amazon business partners. You will also be responsible for gathering intelligence to prevent any potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance. What are your hours? This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You will workday/late shifts and your work week is minimum 40 hours, for example: 5x8hrs to match our customer demand. We schedule based on a variety of different shift patterns operating within 24 hours Monday to Sunday. You may be required to work national holidays and will be compensated accordingly. You will learn more about your exact schedule closer to your start date. What benefits will you receive? Minimum age: 18 years old Have the right to work in Colombia Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and oral fluency) English level 85% or above. Proficient computer skills The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 06 am to 11 pm You'll need a quiet, distraction free work space within a dedicated office space with a desk and chair From a technical perspective, a minimum of High-Speed Internet (10 MGB download / 3MBG upload or better broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
