We are looking for Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our team and support a premium sportswear and yoga accessories brand. 💪
In this role, you will work mainly on back-office tasks, reviewing customer cases and orders to determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the case, you may handle lost packages, refunds, store credits, replacements, and other order-related requests.
🔎 WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Review and validate customer cases and previous agent interactions.
Analyze the current order and identify the appropriate resolution.
Determine whether the case requires a refund, store credit, replacement, or another solution.
Work across different channels and case types according to operational needs.
Ensure every case is handled accurately and according to the campaign guidelines.
📋 JOB DETAILS
💵 Salary: $2,848,000 COP basic salary + $100,000 bonus + 15% performance bonus
📄 Contract: Fixed-term contract for 4 months, with all legal benefits.
⏱️ Working hours: 42 hours per week.
📅 Start date: October 5th, 2026.
🎓 Training:
1 week: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
2 weeks of nesting: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
🕐 After nesting / Operation: Rotational schedules within the 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. operational window, subject to changes due to seasonal/winter schedule adjustments.
🎓 WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?
English: Advanced English level with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
💼 Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Back office.
🔎 We are especially interested in profiles with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and experience handling customer cases, orders, refunds, or similar processes.
