Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-ownership strategic and analytical E-commerce & Digital Marketing Analyst who leads strategy and executes technical tasks hands-on reporting directly to the CEO & President in an on-site role based in Cali. This position does not manage internal personnel but demands high strategic autonomy to own our digital roadmap translate business vision into execution and coordinate external agency partners.

Structured at 60% Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution and 40% E-commerce Management you will define digital growth plans manage performance ad campaigns and take direct ownership of conversion catalog and operational optimizations across Shopify Amazon and TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Digital Marketing & Performance Execution

• Executive Strategic Ownership: Design define and own the digital marketing roadmap presenting growth strategies campaign projections and executive performance updates directly to the CEO & President.

• Paid Media Strategy & Hands-on Execution: Directly manage launch and optimize performance advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Google Ads and TikTok Ads (including TikTok Shop Ads) to drive revenue and ROAS.

• Agency & Vendor Leadership: Lead external digital agencies creative partners and media vendors; set deliverables audit performance and ensure agency execution aligns with CEO-level priorities.

• SEO & Business Analytics: Lead SEO/SEM initiatives and build high-level performance dashboards in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio to deliver actionable revenue data directly to executive leadership.

E-commerce & Marketplace Strategy & Operations

• E-commerce Platform Management: Manage and optimize day-to-day e-commerce operations across Amazon or Shopify and TikTok Shop including product listings catalog updates storefront optimization promotions pricing and merchandising.

• Marketplace Performance: Monitor product and marketplace performance identify growth opportunities and implement optimization strategies to improve traffic conversion revenue and overall sales performance.

• Social Commerce & TikTok Shop Execution: Manage TikTok Shop operations including product catalog shoppable content affiliate/creator initiatives promotions and in-app storefront performance.

• CRO Strategy & Testing: Develop and implement continuous Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives improving product detail pages customer journeys and checkout experiences through testing and data analysis.

• E-commerce Content & Merchandising: Ensure product pages images descriptions promotional assets and other digital commerce content are accurate optimized and aligned with brand and commercial objectives.

• Budget & Revenue Ownership: Monitor e-commerce and digital channel performance supporting budget allocation and identifying opportunities to improve profitability ROI and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Location Availability: Resident in Cali Valle del Cauca with full availability for 100% on-site work. (Mandatory)

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience leading digital marketing strategy while executing hands-on within CPG brands e-commerce businesses or performance agencies. Demonstrated experience reporting directly to executive stakeholders and coordinating external agencies or partners. (Mandatory)

• E-commerce Experience: Hands-on experience managing and optimizing e-commerce operations through Amazon or Shopify AND TikTok Shop. Experience must include direct involvement in product listings catalog management promotions storefront optimization and e-commerce performance. (Mandatory)

• Digital Marketing Experience: Proven hands-on experience with paid media digital campaigns SEO/SEM conversion optimization and performance analysis. (Mandatory)

• Executive & Strategic Mindset: High autonomy strong business acumen analytical thinking and the ability to take ownership of digital growth initiatives as an individual contributor. (Mandatory)

• Language: Advanced / Fluent English (C1 Level) written and spoken to communicate and report directly to US HQ leadership. (Mandatory)

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Industrial Engineering Digital Marketing Communications or a related field. (Mandatory)

• Experience working with CPG Food & Beverage Retail FMCG or consumer brands is strongly preferred.

• Experience managing external digital agencies media partners creative agencies or vendors is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Digital Marketing & Performance

• Hands-on proficiency in Meta Ads Manager Google Ads and TikTok Ads.

• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM Google Search Console CRO A/B testing and digital growth strategies.

• Experience analyzing ROAS ROI revenue conversion rates and campaign performance.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Looker Studio and Excel.

E-commerce & Social Commerce

• Hands-on experience with Amazon or Shopify and TikTok Shop is mandatory.

• Experience managing product catalogs product listings pricing promotions storefronts and digital merchandising.

• Experience optimizing product detail pages (PDPs) customer journeys and conversion performance.

• Experience with TikTok Shop operations shoppable content affiliate/creator programs and social commerce.

• Understanding of e-commerce analytics conversion metrics and marketplace performance.

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Shopify Admin is required depending on the platform experience.

• Experience with both Amazon and Shopify is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT Gemini Canva AI or similar is preferred.
