HRBP Business & Special Projects

Your mission
You will be the strategic HR partner for key business units aligning the people agenda with organizational goals. At the same time you will lead cross-functional special projects with company-wide impact acting as a true agent of change.

What youll do

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units actively participating in leadership meetings.

• Advise leaders on organizational design decisions change management and team development.

• Diagnose business needs and translate them into concrete HR solutions.

• Manage performance review cycles: goal setting calibrations and improvement plans.

• Develop people analytics metrics and insights to support executive decision-making.

• Analyze engagement survey results and co-create action plans with leaders.

Lead HR initiatives with organization-wide impact working cross-functionally across different areas.

What were looking for

• 5 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources in roles of increasing responsibility.

• At least 2 years in an HRBP or Senior HR Generalist role with direct exposure to senior leaders.

• Proven experience in performance management organizational development and change management.

• Advanced English (written and spoken) required.

• Analytical skills: comfort working with people data and HR metrics.

• Strong ability to influence communicate and manage stakeholders at the executive level.

• Autonomy results orientation and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
