Dark Kitchen Sr. Analyst

Role Responsibilities

Deploying the brand (Training/Development) on DiDi partners across the country.
Enabling business developers to achieve the highest standards in terms of execution.
Strengthening great business relationships with our clients.
Developing a deep business understanding to gathering insights and transforming them into actionable plans for restaurant brand growth.
Developing strategic partner relations surrounding brand operation in different cities.
Tracking performance and optimizing operations.

Role Qualifications

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
Kitchen operation understanding
Ability to connect high-level business objectives with day-to-day operational execution.
Hands on approach and attention to detail
Organization skills (planning and follow-up)
Results and performance driven
Strategic and data driven thinking
Motivation to work on a dynamic and fast pace environment
Strong sense of ownership and accountability with the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
Experience designing and delivering training or capability-building programs is a plus.
Curiosity and business acumen to understand the broader ecosystem and identify opportunities beyond immediate responsibilities.
