En Periferia buscamos un AI Product Manager - Agentic AI / Service Desk para liderar la transformación de una mesa de ayuda tradicional hacia un producto AI-Native , utilizando agentes de IA para clasificar, diagnosticar, resolver y escalar incidentes de forma inteligente. Buscamos una persona que ya haya llevado productos o funcionalidades de IA agéntica a producción y que tenga experiencia real en Product Management + Service Desk/ITSM . Responsabilidades Definir la visión, roadmap y backlog del producto. Realizar discovery con usuarios y equipos de soporte. Diseñar y especificar el comportamiento de agentes de IA. Crear prototipos navegables con Lovable, v0 o herramientas similares. Trabajar con LLM, RAG, function/tool calling, evals y guardrails. Priorizar funcionalidades según impacto en la operación. Gestionar la relación de producto con el cliente. Medir resultados sobre FCR, MTTR, SLA, CSAT y deflexión de N1. Requisitos Indispensable: Experiencia comprobable llevando Agentes de IA a producción. Experiencia como Product Manager / Product Owner. Experiencia en Service Desk, ITSM, Help Desk o soporte tecnológico. Conocimiento práctico de LLM, RAG, tool/function calling, evals y guardrails. Capacidad para prototipar y convertir problemas operativos en soluciones de producto. Deseable: experiencia en fuel retail, retail distribuido, POS, medios de pago u operaciones 24/7.
