Descripción del puesto We are seeking a Regional Strategy Director with 8+ years of experience in advertising, media, or marketing agencies. This role will be responsible for leading strategic planning initiatives across multiple markets, developing communication and media strategies driven by audience intelligence, consumer insights, market trends, and digital media expertise. The ideal candidate will manage regional client relationships, align cross-market strategies, and help clients achieve business growth through data-driven media planning and innovation. Responsabilidades Lead the extraction of consumer, audience, and market insights to develop regional communication, media, digital, content, shopper marketing, and social media strategies. Develop and oversee integrated media strategies across multiple countries and markets, ensuring alignment with regional and local business objectives. Manage regional client accounts, acting as a strategic partner for senior stakeholders and ensuring consistency across markets. Design and develop connection plans, customer decision journeys, and strategic frameworks based on consumer behaviors and media consumption patterns. Transform research findings, market intelligence, audience analysis, and campaign performance data into actionable insights. Lead strategic workshops with regional and local teams to identify growth opportunities, define communication approaches, and strengthen media effectiveness. Partner with local market teams to adapt regional strategies while maintaining strategic consistency and best practices. Identify emerging consumer trends, media opportunities, and innovation initiatives across the region. Build compelling storytelling narratives and strategic recommendations for regional clients and senior stakeholders. Lead cross-functional and multicultural teams, fostering collaboration and strategic excellence across markets. Monitor regional performance metrics and KPIs to ensure strategic objectives are achieved across all markets. Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and operational procedures at local and regional levels. Cualificaciones Proven experience managing regional or multi-market accounts within media, advertising, or marketing agencies. Strong expertise in audience intelligence, consumer insights, market research, and strategic media planning. Deep understanding of digital media ecosystems, media consumption habits, and evolving consumer trends across multiple markets. Experience developing regional communication frameworks, connection plans, and customer decision journeys. Advanced knowledge of digital media platforms, media measurement methodologies, and advertising technologies. Experience with analytics and research tools such as Google Analytics 4, Campaign Manager 360, DV360, SimilarWeb, YouGov, GWI, Nielsen, Kantar, or equivalent. Ability to translate complex regional data and market dynamics into actionable business recommendations. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to regional and global clients. Demonstrated success leading multicultural, geographically distributed teams. Exceptional storytelling, strategic consulting, and presentation skills. Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus. Información adicional What Do We Offer?
