Compensation Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with compensation programs, salary benchmarking, market pricing, and HR analytics to support business growth and employee compensation initiatives. In this role, you'll partner with HR and business leaders to analyze compensation data, conduct market analyses, maintain salary structures, support merit planning cycles, and provide insights that drive informed compensation decisions while ensuring the organization's pay practices remain competitive in the market. Key Responsibilities Support the administration and maintenance of compensation programs and salary structures. Conduct market analyses and salary benchmarking using compensation surveys and external market data to evaluate the organization's competitive position. Analyze employee compensation and market data to provide recommendations and business insights. Perform market pricing for new and existing positions, ensuring alignment with internal compensation philosophy and external market trends. Conduct compensation analyses, salary benchmarking, pay equity reviews, and job evaluations. Assist with merit increase planning and annual compensation cycles. Perform audits of employee pay, job classifications, and organizational structures. Maintain job descriptions, job architecture, job leveling, and salary ranges within the HRIS. Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey results to support compensation strategy. Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate compensation trends, market insights, and recommendations. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to provide guidance on compensation-related decisions and market competitiveness. Support compensation projects while ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher) 3+ years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, or a related analytical role.
