Bilingual Sales Representative – US Health Insurance

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5-day work week with 2 consecutive days off) About the Role Are you a driven sales professional with experience in the US insurance market? In this role, you will be on the front lines of our business, selling US health insurance policies to prospective clients. What You Will Do: Drive Sales: Actively sell US health insurance plans, guiding prospective clients through the enrollment process. Manage Leads: Contact, assist, and follow up with customers in English, ensuring a seamless and professional sales experience. Educate Clients: Provide clear and accurate information about coverage options, premiums, and policy benefits to help customers make informed decisions. Hit the Numbers: Support ongoing sales processes and consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion goals. What We Are Looking For: Language: Advanced or Native-level English (C1/C2) with excellent spoken and written communication skills. Experience: Previous experience selling US health insurance (ACA, Medicare, etc.) is strongly preferred. Skills: A customer-oriented mindset with sharp negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
