British American Tobacco Colombia has an exciting opportunity for a Tax Manager in Bogota. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Diseñar y coordinar la estrategia tributaria de la compañía, alineando recursos y prioridades para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del negocio. Identificar oportunidades para optimizar la gestión de impuestos y apoyar a las diferentes áreas en la implementación de iniciativas que generen valor. Brindar asesoría especializada en temas tributarios y asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales de la organización. Liderar y ejecutar procesos relacionados con impuestos corporativos, garantizando la aplicación de buenas prácticas y estándares establecidos. Preparar y supervisar reportes tributarios requeridos para la gestión interna y el cumplimiento legal. Impulsar mejoras continuas en procesos, herramientas y sistemas relacionados con la gestión de impuestos. Mantenerse actualizado sobre cambios en la legislación tributaria, evaluando su impacto en la compañía y proponiendo acciones o estrategias de adaptación. Apoyar proyectos e iniciativas fiscales que requieran coordinación entre equipos locales y globales. Actuar como socio estratégico del negocio, identificando oportunidades que contribuyan a una gestión fiscal eficiente y a mejores resultados comerciales. What are we looking for? Profesional en Contaduría, Derecho, Finanzas o carreras afines. Especialización o certificación en temas tributarios y/o fiscales Experiencia sólida en áreas de impuestos, idealmente en empresas multinacionales o industrias de consumo masivo y entornos dinámicos. Conocimiento de normativas tributarias corporativas y gestión fiscal empresarial Experiencia en elaboración y análisis de reportes fiscales y financieros. Manejo de herramientas, sistemas financieros y plataformas de gestión tributaria. Capacidad para interpretar cambios regulatorios y evaluar su impacto en el negocio y pensamiento estratégico y orientación al negocio. Liderazgo sólido para desarrollar, motivar y gestionar equipos de alto desempeño. Nivel de inglés intermedio avanzado B2+ What we offer you?
