About the rol

Were looking for a Data & Operations Intern to help us get smarter about our customers spotting early signs of churn growth opportunities and where we can serve our customers better using the data we already have.

Youll help bring together information from our different systems (customer usage support history commercial data) into one clear organized picture the foundation for smarter more proactive Customer Success.

Responsabilities

• Bring together customer usage support and account data from across our systems into one clear organized foundation

• Investigate what data we have how far back it goes and where the gaps are and help figure out the best way to structure and store it for ongoing use

• Map out how customer behavior over time connects to real outcomes (who churns who downgrades who grows) turning raw history into a clear before/after picture

• Surface early insights into what actually drives churn downgrades and growth: findings the team can act on right away

• Explore how grouping and segmenting customers can sharpen our understanding of whos at risk and whos ready to grow

• Track how well our live AI tools are performing week to week and flag anything unusual

• Turn team feedback on AI-generated drafts into concrete categorized improvements closing the loop between what consultants see and what the AI does next

• Spot recurring gaps in our knowledge base and keep AI instructions and documentation up to date

• Document what you build so it becomes the foundation the whole team builds on next
  

What you will bring to the team

Were looking for someone who wants their work to matter at scale. This isnt a help out with spreadsheets internship its a chance to build the data foundation behind decisions that will shape how we serve thousands of gyms and millions of end-users worldwide. If youre the kind of person who wants to point at something real in six months and say I built that and it changed how we work this is for you.

• (Currently pursuing) a BSc or MSc in Data Science Computer Science Statistics AI Business Analytics or a related field.

• Highly motivated and driven by results with strong initiative and a genuine curiosity about data automation and AI

• Strong analytical and technical instincts youre comfortable with data (Excel SQL Python etc) and pick up new tools fast

• Proactive and full of ideas you dont wait to be told what to build next

• Excited to work with the latest BI data and AI technologies (weve got the licenses you bring the ambition)

• Excellent communicating skills in English (full-professional) verbal and written (must-have)

• Bonus: an interest in health fitness or workplace wellness since thats the world youll be helping transform

Experience working with a SaaS company structuring SaaS-style data (subscriptions usage churn) or with tools like Domo or Salesforce is a plus but not required were more interested in how you think about data and problems than in specific tool or industry experience.
