RINA está contratando un Supervisor Viales Internos (Parque Eólico) para trabajar en la base del cliente en La Guajira. Misión Supervisar la ejecución de viales internos, plataformas de grúas y drenajes asociados, asegurando tolerancias y capacidad para montaje de aerogeneradores. Responsabilidades Coordinar construcción de viales, plataformas de grúa, bermas y drenajes. Asegurar compactación, pendientes, radios y tolerancias para grúas y transporte. Coordinar aperturas/cierres de tramos por seguridad y secuencia de montaje. Gestionar controles ambientales (erosión, aguas, material de préstamo). Entregables / evidencias Registros de ensayos y topografía de plataformas. Liberaciones de frentes para montaje (site readiness). Reporte de restricciones por estado de vías/plataformas. Indicadores (KPIs) sugeridos Plataformas liberadas vs plan de montaje. Reparaciones por asentamientos; retrabajos por tolerancias. Requisitos Ingeniero civil/tecnólogo. 3–7 años en vías/plataformas industriales; experiencia en parques eólicos deseable. Competencias y herramientas Control de producción y coordinación con montaje/izajes. Interpretación de planos y tolerancias; enfoque en drenaje y estabilidad.
