Descripción del trabajoMaintain and monitor our ServiceNow CMDB environment. Work with other process owners to ensure an integrated approach to the design, implementation, and coordination of interfaces between configuration management and other service management processes. (Change, Release, Incident, and Problem). Plan and execute the population of the configuration management database (manual and automated); manage CMDB, central libraries, tools, common codes, and data; ensure regular housekeeping of the CMDB. Become a contributing member of the configuration management governance board ensuring that changes to the configuration management processes are properly approved and communicated. Work collaboratively across the Business and Technology Services organization to evolve CMDB. Perform periodic inventories and usage monitoring of all IT assets and record all findings, changes, physical location, and incidences of support. Intermediate experience working with CMDB - (Experience in the design, implementation, and documentation of CMDB) Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and information security Functional understanding of the ServiceNow platform Ability to manage the asset lifecycle and perform regular monitoring Knowledge of IT service management ( ITSM ) processes : incidents, changes, problems, releases ITIL v3 or v4 certification (Foundation level minimum) Hybrid work model Bogota.
