Vice President – Head of Digital Strategy
The Vice President – Head of Digital Strategy will define and execute the company’s end-to-end digital vision. As a member of the executive leadership team, this role leads the transformation toward a digital-first telecom operator, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative digital strategies. This position requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in building digital growth engines, reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC), and delivering sustainable value through data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the company’s digital strategy and roadmap across channels and products.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives at scale to improve growth, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Develop and optimize digital marketing funnels, lifecycle management, and CAC reduction.
- Leverage data, analytics, AI, marketing automation, and CRM to inform decision making and measure impact.
- Partner with executive leadership to align digital initiatives with business goals; communicate progress to shareholders, boards, or investors as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
10+ years of progressive experience in Digital Strategy, Growth Marketing, or Transformation, preferably in telecom, fintech, or large-scale consumer businesses.Proven track record in leading digital transformation at scale.Deep expertise in digital marketing, funnel optimization, and customer lifecycle management.Demonstrated success in reducing CAC while scaling digital channels.Strong knowledge of AI, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.Executive leadership experience with direct exposure to shareholders, boards, or investors.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.Leadership Competencies
