Technical Account Manager / Coupa Pay / Banking – Bogota, Colombia. This role serves as a trusted strategic advisor to Coupa Pay customers, driving adoption and aligning platform usage with key business objectives. The individual will manage multiple customer engagements with a focus on execution, communication, and results, leveraging strong project management practices. By delivering functional expertise and data-driven insights, they will identify opportunities to optimize configurations and maximize customer value. Collaboration with internal teams and customers is critical to supporting long-term success, enabling growth, self-sufficiency, and continuous improvement.
