The impact you'll have
As an Account Manager at Adage, you'll be the linchpin for your client accounts, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and growth. Instead of just reacting to problems, you'll proactively engage with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and the voice of their needs within our company. You'll work closely with project owners and delivery teams to ensure seamless service, and with the Associate Director of Account Management to strategize and track your progress. You'll not only maintain your portfolio of accounts but also identify and cultivate new opportunities for them.

Requirements
Requirements Advanced English level (spoken and written). 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development, ideally within technology, digital strategy, software development environments, or related. A strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships, proactively engaging with accounts, and driving revenue growth. Hands-on experience with CRM tools. Excellent communication and collaboration, with the ability to work across delivery, marketing, and sales teams. (Nice to have) Knowledge or experience in Arts, Associations, or Manufacturing industries, plus certifications in CRM, Customer Success, or Account Management.
