Summary

Deel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Corporate Security to lead and oversee two critical teams : IT Security and Security Operations (SecOps) . This leader will be responsible for safeguarding Deel’s technology ecosystem, ensuring strong defenses against cyber threats, and building scalable security strategies to protect the company’s assets, data, and people.

Responsibilities

IT Security Team

• Act as the system owner for Deel’s security platforms (ZTNA, SWG, enterprise browser, DLP, EDR, etc.).
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and oversee resolution across security tools and infrastructure.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to remediate security risks identified by Deel’s security tools or security architects.
• Ensure security systems are fully integrated, optimized, and aligned with Deel’s enterprise security strategy.
