Job Purpose
The Surveillance Controller is responsible for ensuring the security, fairness, and integrity of ARRISE’s Live Casino operations. Through real‑time monitoring, data analysis, and close coordination with cross‑functional teams, the Surveillance Controller detects irregularities, minimizes fraud, and upholds the integrity of our gaming platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live gaming activities in real time to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
- Detect, report, and document irregularities, suspicious behavior, and operational issues.
- Support investigations by gathering evidence, reviewing video footage, and compiling detailed incident reports.
- Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Operations to uphold the integrity of live games.
- Mentor and assist Surveillance Controllers, offering guidance on complex or sensitive cases.
- Identify and propose improvements in surveillance practices and team training.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in surveillance within the iGaming industry or related field; senior or managerial experience is preferred.Deep understanding of Live Casino operations and associated risks and compliance requirements.Leadership skills with ability to guide, mentor, and support team members.Exceptional analytical and decision‑making skills focused on risk detection and mitigation.High attention to detail and quick spot irregularities in live operations.Flexibility to work 9‑hour shifts, including weekends and evenings in a 24 / 7 environment.Strong professional integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.Excellent written and spoken English communication; collaboration across departments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with surveillance software and monitoring systems.Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus.Nice to Have
Fluency in additional languages such as Portuguese.Experience with surveillance technologies and security systems (cameras, monitoring protocols).Background in process improvement, compliance, or security initiatives.Benefits
