BA Global Talent is seeking an experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant with a strong background in Personal Injury law to join a U.S.-based law firm that works with personal injury and Social Security Disability (SSDI) cases. The ideal candidate will have experience handling medical records, insurance claims, and case coordination with attorneys and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities :

• Contact and follow up with insurance companies, attorneys, and law offices to obtain and provide relevant documentation.
• Process health insurance claims, monitor their status, and assist with collections of outstanding payments.
• Review, extract, and organize medical records and legal documents chronologically and clearly.
• Maintain up-to-date electronic records and data entry systems.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all patient, legal, and insurance-related information.
• Track claim deadlines and proactively escalate any delays or issues.
• Assist in preparing documents for legal proceedings or settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
