We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Revenue Operations (RevOps) Solutions Consultant to join our Managed Services team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to clients, helping them maximize the value of their existing RevOps solutions through ongoing optimization, enhancement, and support. You will leverage your expertise to continuously improve RevOps processes, enhance efficiency, improve data insights, and drive sustained revenue growth for clients who have already implemented our solutions.

As a Solutions Consultant on the Managed Services team, you will collaborate with clients to understand their evolving business needs, operational challenges, and growth objectives. You will conduct ongoing assessments to identify opportunities for optimization, configuration enhancements, and process improvements that ensure clients continue to derive maximum value from their Nue investment.

Additionally, you will focus on helping our existing clients with the day to day operations that utilize Nue’s technology including but not limited to, the creation of new products and pricing, the maintenance / updating of existing pricing flows / plug-ins to meet the chainring needs of the business. Configuration / updating of existing billing assets / processes including Billing schedule / cycle runs, billing / quote templates and system configuration

Job Role and Responsibility

  • You will work with the Managed Services team to provide ongoing solution optimization and support for existing customers.
  • You will provide deep CPQ and revenue expertise and guidance on functional enhancements and optimization of Nue.
  • You are a hands-on team member that can manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously while maintaining the ability to engage with team members and customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • You have a high proficiency in translating evolving business problems into solutions, while leveraging the capabilities of Nue.
  • You will always ensure that the solutions provided are delivering sustained business value.

What You'll Be Working On

Serve as the primary Solutions Consultant for managed services clients, building long-term trusted advisor relationships and ensuring ongoing success with their Nue implementation.

Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and align solutions with evolving business objectives.

Develop functional enhancements and optimizations that maximize the capabilities and extensibilities of Nue based on changing client needs and business growth.

Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with customers to deeply understand their evolving needs, business goals, and priorities, proactively recommending improvements and best practices.

Utilize your expertise in change management to guide customers through the adoption of new features, enhancements, or process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing impact.

Foster strong relationships across various customer personas, particularly with large Enterprise accounts, to ensure ongoing satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

Lead functional assessments and optimization sessions with customers, working with Technical Consultants and Solutions Architects to deliver both functional and technical enhancements.

Maintain expert-level knowledge of the product domain, including new features and capabilities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, user training, and enablement.

Deliver optimization recommendations, enhancement documentation, training materials, and best practice guidance.

Work with the engineering team to advocate for client needs and provide feedback on product enhancements.

Collaborate with your Solution Architect and other team members to ensure proper change management processes and that enhancement timelines are met.

Monitor system health, usage patterns, and adoption metrics to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Support clients during platform upgrades, feature releases, and system enhancements.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing software solutions, ideally in Billing, CRM or ERP domains.

Previous consulting or managed services experience with ongoing client relationships is a plus.

Previous Salesforce administration and experience with the Salesforce managed package is a plus.

Experience in Order-To-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), and / or General Ledger (GL) is a plus.

Ability to accurately assess, prioritize and plan enhancement requests and optimization initiatives, balancing client needs with technical feasibility.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to adjust to the technical level of the audience and explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Ability to work with global teams.

Customer empathy and commitment to long-term client success is a must.

Positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Strong desire and ability to continually learn new skills, processes, technologies, and product knowledge.

Proactive mindset with ability to identify opportunities and recommend improvements without being prompted.
