Full Stack Engineer / Developer

We are looking for a strategic operator who can take on high-impact work that supports both our product and broader engineering initiatives. Candidates must live and be able to work in LATAM; ideal location is Colombia, South America.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to implement user-facing features
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for new product features
• Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous integration
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks across the stack
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help drive technical decisions
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle
• Support product releases and resolve production issues when necessary
