Recruitment Specialist (BOG)
Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to support both the day-to-day and strategic recruitment efforts of the Company. This role is responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, data management, and supporting employee integration. The position will also collaborate on broader Human Resources functions to ensure efficient and effective talent acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities
Review applications and interview candidates to gather details on work history, education, training, skills, and salary expectations, while providing information about the company and the role.
Use sourcing tools and techniques (social media, networking, referrals, job boards, etc.) to attract and identify top talent.
Ensure staffing needs are filled promptly and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Manage initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure hiring requests are fulfilled within the required timelines.
Work with ATS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, Mettl Assessment) to keep applications updated and provide timely responses to candidates.
Submit and follow up on background checks and reference verifications.
Exercise discretion and judgment in HR matters, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with the HR team on cross-functional initiatives to support business goals.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
Advanced / Fluent (Bilingual) English level.
2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or related HR functions.
Currently a senior student or graduate in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
