As a People Experience Specialist , you will create a positive new hire experience by coordinating employee onboarding, facilitating orientation, and serving as the liaison to new hires during the onboarding process.
In this role, you will also promote team engagement activities that maintain Horatio’s culture of integrity and harmony.
Responsibilities : Support wellness initiatives and manage tools that enable transparent, open communication channels, as well as employee engagement.
Help to drive company-wide programs, events, and initiatives.
Build out our diversity and Inclusion discipline, reinforcing our acceptance and openness culture.
Prepare monthly calendars (birthdays, activities, celebrations etc).
Support Horatio Cares and Horatio Goes Green initiatives.
Support employee Onboarding and all the related activities with different areas to set this up for success.
Support team-building activities to build camaraderie and collaborative culture.
Promote and support activities requested by the different areas.
Coordinate perks and benefits, update the information accordingly, and communicate it to all areas.
Support meals and catering logistics.
Required Skills / Abilities : Advanced English proficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work Strong-willed (you get things done) but also kind-hearted (you’re empathetic and easy to work with) Tech-savvy (you are equally versed in MS Office, Google Suite, Slack, Canva) Desire to stretch yourself and learn new skills.
Excitement about absorbing and contributing to Horatio’s dynamic culture! Education and Experience : 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
On-site role based in Bogota.
