The Regional Treasury Center Analyst will be part of the COPAC mission, supporting treasury activities across Brazil, Mexico, and South Cone. Reporting to the Regional Treasury Center Lead, this role manages daily operational treasury tasks, cash flow forecasting, FX exposure, and banking relationships while ensuring compliance with internal policies. The analyst will join a multicultural team spread across Bogotá, Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico, with opportunities for professional growth, regional visibility, and direct impact on financial performance.

As Regional Treasury Center Analyst within our COPAC Treasury Team , you’ll manage daily treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, FX exposure, and banking relationships across Brazil, Mexico, and South Cone, while gaining international visibility and career growth opportunities.
Main responsibilities :
Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, payments, and bank account reconciliations.
Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity needs are met and optimize working capital.
Identify and report foreign exchange exposures, ensuring timely settlements and compliance with policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local banks, ensuring efficient operations and quality service.
Oversee and maintain banking systems, accounts, and authorizations in line with internal procedures.
Support process improvements and participate in projects to enhance treasury efficiency and performance.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align on treasury objectives and reporting.…
About you
Experience : Background in treasury or finance, ideally within a multinational or complex environment. Experience in cash flow, forecasting, or banking operations is valued.
Soft and technical skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, ability to work independently under pressure, and strong collaboration and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with treasury or financial systems is a plus.
Education : Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
A Master’s or MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
Languages : Good written and spoken English.
