This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance as the business scales.

Position Overview

I'm looking for an experienced Vessel Execution Specialist to manage and oversee the full execution cycle of bulk grain shipments and, increasingly, vegetable oil tanker movements. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating chartered vessels, managing commercial documentation for imports and exports, and ensuring compliance with relevant trade rules and Incoterms. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with proven agility, capable of thriving in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute bulk grain vessel shipments from nomination through completion, including all associated documentation and operational coordination.
• Manage and coordinate chartered vessel operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Oversee import and export documentation in compliance with GAFTA, NAEGA, NOPA, FOSFA trade rules, and Incoterms.
• Liaise with counterparties, shipowners, agents, and internal stakeholders to resolve execution-related issues.
• Support the development of processes and best practices as the company scales its bulk vessel and vegetable oil businesses.
• Provide timely and accurate execution reporting to commercial and risk management teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and international trade standards.
