Responsabilidades Generales
Desempeñar funciones de soporte de primer nivel ante fallas o inconvenientes en los servicios y generar las alarmas y los
escalamientos respectivos, con el objetivo de cumplir los acuerdos y niveles de servicio ofrecido a nuestros clientes. • Realizar actividades de monitoreo de forma permanente sobre la infraestructura de hardware, software y de comunicaciones
y sobre la ejecución y resultado de los procesos manuales y automáticos.
• Ejecutar las actividades incluidas en la bitácora de monitoreo, en las fechas, horas y minutos establecidos.
• Ejecutar las actividades incluidas en la bitácora de procesos manuales programados, en las fechas, horas y minutos
establecidos.
• Apoyar la malla de soporte mensual por medio de turnos rotativos.
• Comunicar cualquier desviación identificada en cualquiera de los componentes monitoreados, siguiendo lo descrito en los
procedimientos establecidos en el área.
• Corregir, en el menor tiempo posible, todo problema y/o interrupción del servicio sobre los cuales tenga alcance.
• Utilizar los procedimientos del área y ser un apoyo a la optimización de los mismos.
• Hacer seguimiento a los casos asignados, procurando en todo momento la solución completa y satisfactoria en el menor
tiempo posible.
• Mantenerse actualizado en las herramientas de hardware, software y arquitectura entregadas por la empresa para desempeñar
cada vez mejor su labor.
• Responder y garantizar la debida confidencialidad de la información de los productos y servicios de la compañía o de sus
clientes, que por su función puede llegar a visualizar, procesar, almacenar, administrar o trasmitir, según los procedimientos y
políticas de seguridad de la compañía.
• Apoyar los procesos operativos del área de Aplicaciones, según designación del supervisor de monitoreo
• Cumplir con las políticas y principios de seguridad definidos por la compañía, descrita en el Manual de. Políticas y
Procedimientos para la Protección de Datos, en cumplimiento a la Ley 1581 de 17 octubre de 2012 y su Decreto Reglamentario
1377 de 2013, que regula la protección de datos personales.

Técnico o Tecnólogo graduado en Sistemas, en electrónica o en carreras afines. Estudiante de
ingeniería de sistemas o carreras afines, mínimo sexto (6) semestre

Preferiblemente con, certificación, curso o diplomado en:
• Conocimiento de herramientas de monitoreo de servidores e infraestructura de comunicaciones. • Conocimiento en monitoreo de bases de datos.
