As Renewals Specialist, you combine relationship management with strong Salesforce expertise. You track all subscription and service contracts, engage customers to negotiate renewal terms and pricing, and prepare renewal quotes or amendments in systems such as Nue and Salesforce. You always focus on delivering measurable business value and maintaining high gross and net revenue retention.
Job Role and Responsibility
You will own the customer relationship and expansion strategy for your assigned accounts, working hand-in-hand with the Renewals Manager to secure on-time renewals and drive growth. You will manage multiple priorities—customer engagement, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams—while consistently presenting yourself as a trusted partner to both customers and colleagues.
