The Delivery Lead bridges the gap between technical execution and customer-facing leadership, ensuring clients feel understood, risks are identified early, and information is delivered in a way that drives clear decisions.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be someone who can own outcomes across integrations, analytics, and rollout workstreams. They should be able to translate customer needs into actionable plans, coach and manage a team of executioners, and provide technical oversightfrom API / integration design to Power BI analytics used in integrationswhile embedding repeatable processes and EOS systems.
The ideal Delivery Lead will have experience managing people, managing projects, and having executed the work themselves in the past. This blend allows them to guide the team effectively, set accurate client timelines, and ensure delivery expectations are grounded in hands-on knowledge.
They will be client-focused, able to ensure customers feel heard and understood, while also speaking tech to communicate effectively with the execution team beneath them.
They will also prioritize data integrity, safeguarding the accuracy, reliability, and clarity of deliverables so clients can trust the insights and decisions theyre making.

What youll do
Own Project Delivery - Ensure all projects (software integrations, Power BI analytics, MS Suite solutions) are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with scope.
Lead & Develop Team Manage and coach a team of executioners (Devs / Analysts); run weekly L10s; drive Rocks / Scorecard accountability.
Customer Relationships - Act as the primary customer-facing lead; manage communications, set expectations, and build long-term trusted relationships.
Technical Oversight - Provide hands-on technical guidance; leverage full-stack development experience to resolve integration challenges, review code / solutions, and ensure quality.
Process & Quality Control - Implement delivery standards, templates, documentation, and testing practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
EOS Alignment & Reporting - Own key Delivery Rocks; manage IDS issues; ensure delivery execution aligns with the Vision / Traction Organizer (V / TO).

Must-haves
Construction-Tech Experience - Familiarity with Procore, Acumatica, or field-to-office workflows.
Delivery & Leadership Experience 5+ years managing and leading technical delivery, integrations, or analytics in client-facing roles, with proven experience building and managing offshore or distributed teams.
English Proficiency Strong written and verbal English to ensure clear communication with clients and the internal delivery team.
API & Analytics Expertise - Hands-on experience with custom APIs, software integrations, and Power BI (particularly in integration and analytics workflows); confident working across Microsoft 365.
Customer Translation & Service - Hear it once, probe smartly, restate clearly, and convert client needs into actionable plans.
Tech + Business Bilingual - Speak both code and construction finance (e.g., WIP reports, project financials); turn raw data into context clients can use.
Rapid System Reconnaissance - Locate API docs / auth, assess risks and limits quickly, and propose a proof-of-concept path.
Relationship Management - Navigate stakeholder dynamics with tact; set expectations clearly and maintain trust.

Cloud & Data Knowledge Comfort with Azure, AWS, or GCP and modern data / ETL patterns.
