Hours : ~10-15 hours per week

About the Role

LatamCent is hiring a highly organized Event Coordinator to help plan, manage, and host both virtual and in-person events across Latin America and the U.S. You ' ll work directly with our CEO to execute nearshore hiring seminars , networking events, client workshops, and founder dinners. Your role spans from logistics to guest outreach to on-the-ground (or on-screen) hosting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing virtual and live events (webinars, dinners, meetups, etc.)
• Own logistics : venue booking, calendar coordination, guest list management, reminders
• Invite and confirm high-level attendees (SaaS founders, executives, partners)
• Coordinate with our marketing team to promote and brand events
• Support hosting duties during live events and Zoom webinars
• Post-event : handle thank-you emails, feedback collection, and follow-up coordination
• Maintain an event calendar and support recurring engagement opportunities
