ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a Middle / Senior Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with key clients across the U.S. This role requires a strategic mindset, a charismatic personality, and strong technical understanding of IT projects to ensure client success and growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention;
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account expansion;
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into actionable delivery plans;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and quality project execution;
- Participate in quarterly trips to the U.S. for in-person client meetings.
MUST HAVES
3+ years of experience in account management or client success roles within the tech or IT services sector;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; charismatic and confident with clients;Advanced English (written and spoken) — non-negotiable;Strong technical understanding of IT projects and delivery processes;Valid U.S. visa and willingness to travel quarterly.PERKS AND BENEFITS
