A recognized global company is looking for its next Junior Recruiter in Bogotá , who will lead local recruitment processes in Colombia while also providing broad support to the global HR team in talent acquisition initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Global HR team , your main responsibilities will be :
What will you do in this role?
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for local positions in Colombia.
Support sourcing and recruitment strategies across global markets.
Coordinate interviews, communications, and onboarding processes across time zones.
To successfully achieve in this role, it is important that you bring the following :
What should you have beforehand?
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in remote-first environments.
