Descripción del trabajoReview resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide an exceptional candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions. Advise hiring managers on best practices and provide market insights. Facilitate regular communication and updates with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records in the ATS and sourcing trackers, ensuring 100% compliance with QA standards. Track and report KPIs Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience sourcing and recruiting Latin American talent for US companies. Technology Proficiency : Skilled in using sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed). Interviewing : Expertise in structured behavioral interviews to evaluate technical and soft skills. Communication : Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with clear, professional communication skills. Deep understanding of marketing roles.
