Medical Records Specialist

Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a U.S.-based personal injury law firm for the position of Medical Records Specialist .

This is a full-time role focused on obtaining and organizing medical records and bills for clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling case files within a personal injury firm setting.

Responsibilities :

Requesting and tracking medical records and bills.

Inputting data accurately into case workbooks.

Calculating specials with precision.

Preparing (queuing up) complete case files for demand.

Gathering supporting materials such as property damage estimates, crash photos, and client photos.

Ensuring all files are complete, accurate, and well-organized.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a similar role within a personal injury law firm (required).

Experience with Clio or similar case management software (strongly preferred).

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
