Now, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) based in Bogotá to help onboard, support, and grow our rapidly expanding customer base across North and Latin America.

What You’ll Do
Onboard new clients and ensure they achieve success using the Sales Ask platform.Build relationships with key customer stakeholders — from sales reps to leadership teams.Provide training, best practices, and ongoing support to maximize adoption and ROI.Partner with sales and product teams to identify expansion opportunities and improve retention.Track customer usage, identify risks, and proactively solve challenges before they become issues.Who You Are
1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support, ideally in SaaS or tech.Fluent in English and Spanish — comfortable supporting North American customers.Excellent communicator who thrives on helping customers succeed.Highly organized, resourceful, and eager to grow in a fast‑paced startup environment.Passionate about technology, sales, and creating great customer experiences.Location
