Customer Success Manager (Farmer) at SoftwareOne – Bogotá, Colombia | Hybrid model. Responsibilities
- Account Growth & Retention : build long-term relationships to drive loyalty, identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities, partner with sales to develop growth plans, and negotiate renewals to achieve revenue growth.
- Solution Adoption & Enablement : understand customers’ technical environments, support onboarding and adoption, deliver demonstrations and trainings, translate technical concepts into business value, represent the voice of the customer, and facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Collaboration & Internal Alignment : work with sales, presales, marketing, and delivery teams; stay informed on product releases, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Job Requirements
Profile
Systems engineer with experience in the role of Customer Success Manager, specifically in farming in technological solutions.
Required Skills
Strong relationship management with a customer-centric focus.Solid knowledge of technology solutions (preferably cloud, software, or cybersecurity).Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.Ability to analyze usage data and customer metrics to identify opportunities.Minimum English level B2 in speaking, writing, and listening.Preferred (but not mandatory)
Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Presales roles.Familiarity with CRM platforms and Customer Success tools.Certifications in Customer Success Management or related technologies.Soft Skills
