The Impact of Finance Business Analyst at Coupa

This role will strengthen Coupa’s Commercial Finance function by delivering accurate, automated reporting, forecasting, and KPI dashboards that enhance decision-making and revenue visibility. The position will also build scalable data infrastructure and translate financial insights into actionable strategies, driving efficiency, cross-functional alignment, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

• Support Commercial Finance team and the Chief Accounting Office with reporting and analytics across various operational facets
• Maintain and support the improvement of the Commercial Finance team’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards
• Develop Business Intelligence (BI) schemas to enable data-driven financial analysis
• Apply strong business acumen and communication skills to effectively synthesize information and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Utilize advanced financial analysis capabilities to interpret, synthesize, and enhance business requirements
• Import and export large datasets from various systems and sources, including architecting data feeds, developing data validation schemas, and implementing process controls
• Analyze trends, develop forecasts, and recommend actions for optimization
• Increase productivity through the development of automated reporting and forecasting tools
