We are looking for a visionary and influential Director of Regional Finance to join our Corporate Accounting leadership team. The ideal candidate will lead strategic execution, balancing speed and quality to achieve ambitious business goals. You will maintain a system of accounting records and a set of controls designed to mitigate risk, ensure the accuracy of transactions being processed, and ensure the timeliness of payments.

In this role, you will report to the VP, Global Controller.

How You\'ll Make an Impact

• Lead the regional accounting and finance function for an international company
• Perform the monthly close according to the corporate accounting calendar
• Manage the local tax with external providers, as well as the statutory financial statements for each country
• Lead the strategic execution of a tax and finance strategy
• Manage the audit with local auditors for the different countries of the region
• Collaborate with different teams to drive cross-departmental initiatives and operational excellence
• Drive large-scale change initiatives, building team agility and fostering innovation
• Develop leaders across departments and promote a strong culture of engagement and high performance
• Champion continuous improvement and accountability across teams
