Head of Finance (Senior Finance Leader) - ENGLISH RESUMES ONLY

Location : LATAM or South Africa (Remote, 9am-5pm ET)

Compensation : ~$4,800 / month

About The Role : We are seeking a senior finance leader to oversee all financial operations and provide strategic guidance for a fast-growing, subscription-based DTC business with brick-and-mortar retail operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in US venture-backed companies and be comfortable operating in a remote, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, modeling, and analysis to support business strategy.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple channels (DTC and retail).
• Support fundraising initiatives and investor relations.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and other financial regulations as required.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
