Job Description :

The Creative Director, Global Talent Brand role is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and management of enterprise Employment Brand initiatives, strategies, and candidate experience activities that position Sutherland as an employer of choice and distinguish us in the market. The person in this role will lead a team of graphic designers and content creators to craft the voice of Sutherland Talent Acquisition across multiple candidate engagement channels, including social media, and liaison between the different regional Talent Attraction teams. This position is focused on continuously improving our presence in the talent market and coordinating our employer brand strategy initiatives with our Talent Attraction leaders for each geography.

1. Online Marketing

• Design and execute global strategy for social channels (brand guidelines, content, posting).
• Monitor and review content metrics, engagement, reach, etc.
• Monitor and review advertising model, budget, talent attraction metrics (CPA / CPH, applicants, CTR) in partnership with the Digital Marketing Lead.
• Focus on Talent Acquisition goals : candidate engagement, candidate attraction, talent sourcing, and effectiveness.
