Lead and manage the company's Romanian human resources area, ensuring the implementation of selection, hiring, training, performance management, well-being and development, and payroll processes, among others, in accordance with corporate standards.
Responsibilities - functions
Ensure that the selection and hiring process for personnel with employment contracts or apprenticeships complies with current company procedures.Ensure that personnel hired through employment contracts or apprenticeships have social security, payroll, life insurance, prepaid medical coverage, and any other required benefits.Verify employment contracts for new employees, as well as any additional required annexes and / or job profiles.Ensure compliance with the CMP control minimum program for the corporate internal audit.Verify the monthly upload of the GCMS compliance report to the application specified by the company.Keep the company's internal regulations up-to-date in accordance with current regulations.Ensure that new employees submit the required documentation for their hiring.Ensure that each folder contains complete employee documents.Oversee the onboarding process for hired employees under company guidelines.Coordinate the preparation of ID cards for hired employees.Verify that new employees have entered the company system to generate corporate emails and, if necessary, follow up with the manager.Verify that requested employment certifications are submitted.Verify the delivery of the respective clearance certificates at the end of each contract or when required.Coordinate with the administrative and accounting departments to ensure timely delivery of the legal equipment for employees in the operational and administrative areas.Coordinate with the department to provide the necessary work materials upon joining the company.Manage compliance with regulations regarding sena apprenticeship contracts, expiration dates, changes in employee status, monetization, among others.Keep the pace hr platform up-to-date with information on hires, retirements, job changes, salary changes, and general system information.Keep the arl platform updated, including income and withdrawals, and coordinate with the hseq department any changes to work centers or rate changes, etc.Support the preparation of the monthly closing schedule coordinated by the accounting department.Consolidate monthly payroll updates and send them to the accounting department for processing.Verify the correct creation of new employees uploaded to the company's payroll system by the human resources analyst.Enter the updates into the company's payroll system with the payroll analyst.Verify the final payroll in the company's designated software.Approve the final payroll and create the payroll distribution by business unit for the preparation of payment processes.Prepare / verify the severance report for submission to finance management and the accounting department.Together with the payroll analyst, prepare the social security form in the payroll system and upload it to the platform used by the company.Distribute the form to the business unit for the preparation of the pos and the payment process for the social security form.Prepare payment forms for voluntary pension funds for employees who are making these contributions, sending them to the treasury and accounting department for payment.Manage all information for this area in the company's dropbox.Provide support and follow-up on everything necessary for compliance with the first-job program, including income, retirement, and sending supporting documentation to ensure the recovery of the government-granted benefit.Support the preparation of all documentation for visa permits when required by corporate, general management, financial management, among others.Human Resources Manager
