Salesforce Engineering Manager – On site- Medellin, Colombia

Our client is a global SaaS company that’s opening a brand-new office in Medellin and scaling rapidly. They plan to grow their headcount by 300+ in the next year. As part of this expansion, they’re building out their Salesforce and DevOps teams from the ground up. This organization is actively looking for a Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive Salesforce CPQ projects, and shape the long-term architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a Salesforce engineering team of 15+ members.
• Oversee end-to-end Salesforce development projects with a focus on CPQ, APEX, and Vlocity.
• Drive engineering best practices, architectural decisions, and system performance improvements.
• Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and clear technical guidance to engineers.
• Partner with global teams to support large-scale Salesforce implementations and expansions.
• Operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment as part of a global SaaS company scaling rapidly.
