Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, with occasional flexibility based on team needs
Position Overview
The Senior Director of Sales will play a critical leadership role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building high-performing sales teams across multiple regions. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, this individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Partner with the VP of Sales to design and implement comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion markets within the health, wellness, and medical sectors.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to continuously refine sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility and growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior director or equivalent role.Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading large, multi-state or multi-regional sales teams.Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or related industries strongly preferred.Strong business acumen with exceptional strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Willingness to travel as needed.Independent Contractor Perks

Requirements
