Role Objective
Lead and execute all stages of proposal production, integrating technical / commercial writing skills, document coordination, and visual design to ensure high-quality, multilingual deliverables that are aligned with business and client standards.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and adapt technical and commercial proposals in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Analyze tender requirements, identifying differentiators and building persuasive arguments.
- Layout and design presentations, graphics, and infographics that maximize visual impact.
- Manage document control, final versions, and compliance for each proposal.
- Organize inputs from business, delivery, and presales teams, consolidating information into clear and structured deliverables.
- Perform cross‑checks and style corrections, ensuring regulatory compliance and editorial quality.
- Collaborate in creativity and structure sessions to improve internal processes and customer presentations.
- Keep the Hub’s repository of templates, success stories, and tools up to date.
Education and Academic Background
2+ years in roles involving proposal management, business tenders, technical / commercial writing, corporate graphic design, or B2B document management.Experience interacting with multidisciplinary teams and in collaborative virtual environments.A portfolio of presentations / proposals or documentary projects is highly valued.Professional writing and editing (Spanish / English – Portuguese desirable).Storytelling, RFP analysis, document compliance, and multilingual adaptation.Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and basic design tools.Organization, attention to detail, and document management.Seniority Level
