Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dayforce Talent & Analytics Consultant with a proven track record supporting enterprise organizations. This role requires someone who can configure, optimize, and deploy Dayforce Talent and Analytics solutions to help organizations attract, develop, and retain top talent while leveraging data-driven insights. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across Talent Management (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Learning, Compensation) and Dayforce Analytics, with the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in complex business environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Dayforce Talent Management Implementation
- Lead or support the design, configuration, and deployment of Dayforce Talent modules including Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Learning, and Compensation.
- Translate talent management requirements into Dayforce workflows, templates, and business processes.
- Configure job requisition templates, candidate pipelines, onboarding checklists, performance reviews, learning catalogs, and compensation cycles.
- Align talent management processes with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Configure Dayforce Analytics dashboards and reports to deliver insights on workforce trends, talent pipelines, performance, and learning outcomes.
- Partner with HR leadership to define KPIs and build actionable analytics for decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all talent and workforce reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Leadership teams to capture requirements, validate designs, and drive adoption.
- Conduct workshops, system demos, testing cycles, and training sessions with diverse stakeholders.
- Provide change management support through documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
- System Governance & Support
- Ensure talent and analytics configurations remain accurate, scalable, and compliant with organizational policies.
- Provide guidance on Dayforce product updates, releases, and optimization opportunities.
- Troubleshoot system issues, resolve defects, and deliver enhancements in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Required
5+ years of Dayforce Talent Management and / or Analytics configuration / implementation experience.Hands-on experience with Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Learning, or Compensation modules.Strong knowledge of HR talent processes (recruiting, development, performance, succession planning).Experience designing dashboards and reports within Dayforce Analytics or equivalent BI tools.Demonstrated ability to run discovery workshops, design sessions, and training.Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.Preferred
Dayforce Talent or Analytics certification.Experience integrating Talent and Analytics with Payroll, HR, or external recruiting / learning systems.Background in HR, Talent, or HRIS consulting with exposure to workforce planning and analytics.Attributes That Set You Apart
