Radware (RDWR) is looking for a Professional Services Engineer in Colombia to fuel the success of customers by effectively supporting the deployment, administration and knowledge transfer of Radware’s solutions within the customer’s environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement, automate and optimize Radware technologies by leveraging expert knowledge of Radware’s state‑of‑the‑art security and application delivery solution suite.
• Design and planning (consulting) : minimize the impact on the customer environment and resources from the initial planning stages through implementation.
• Automation : develop scripts that automate and ease the deployment and management of Radware devices.
• Deployment : install Radware products efficiently according to best practices, perform design reviews, product orientation and fine-tuning.
• Optimization : perform annual security assessments to ensure Radware products are properly integrated within a customer’s security architecture and are tuned against the latest threats.
• Ensure superior customer management through consistent updates, responsive follow‑through, and attention to detail.
• Solve product and network problems of moderate to high complexity.
• Author best practices and PS handover documents.
• Utilize lab setups to replicate and solve problems, and ensure components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented.
• Provide technical support and quality control throughout all stages of project delivery.
• Assist the customer during production rollout and provide basic systems and product training.
• Represent Radware professionally and document future product needs, working with Product Management on behalf of customers.
• Reproduce and debug issues in a lab environment, coordinate with engineering and test teams, and provide feedback to development about customer issues.
