Real Estate Virtual Assistant (REVA)
Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Real Estate Virtual Assistant (REVA) to join our dynamic team at RealtyEaseAI. Responsibilities
- Manage email and calendars, schedule appointments with buyers / sellers, and coordinate open houses.
- Prepare contracts, disclosures, and other real estate documents with accuracy and compliance.
- Enter and maintain contact and listing information in the CRM; set up automations and lead reports.
- Handle MLS listings, ensuring updates and accuracy at all times.
- Track deadlines, coordinate transactions, and review contracts before submission.
- Assist with Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), market trend research, and investment insights.
- Manage bookkeeping tasks including expenses, commissions, escrow accounts, and financial reports.
- Support negotiations, draft counteroffers, and manage custom contract drafting for unique deals.
- Coordinate property management tasks including leases, tenant communications, and maintenance.
- Provide training and onboarding support for new team members.
- Ensure legal compliance, risk management, and support in dispute resolution with attorneys.
- Maintain organized digital files, documents, and reports for seamless operations.

Proven experience as a Real Estate VA, Transaction Coordinator, or Real Estate Assistant or another VA roleStrong knowledge of CRM tools, MLS systems, and real estate workflowsExcellent organizational, communication, and client management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretionReliable high-speed internet connection (at least 50mbps) and 8gb RAM preferredBenefits
