About The Role

As Vice President - Business Development - Latin America , you'll have the reins of growth across Peru, Chile, Brazil, Colombia and Argentina. You'll take a global powerhouse in mining equipment and turn our ambition into reality on the ground. Reporting directly to the President of Schlam Americas, this is your platform to create something big, bold and lasting.
What You'll Be Doing
About You
You're not just experienced, you're proven. You've closed big deals, built markets and know how to navigate boardrooms in Santiago, São Paulo, Lima, Bogotá and beyond with equal confidence.
English and Spanish are essential. Portuguese is a strong advantage. Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering background? Even better.
